This course stems from the VET Non-formal Digital Learning Opportunities for Low-skilled and VET teachers (NDLO) project and is designed to respond to the challenges of a changing labour market by providing innovative tools that resonate with the specific needs of low-skilled VET learners and VET educators.

The NDLO MOOC and NDLO Guide are designed to provide non-formal digital learning opportunities, created to offer an introduction from basic digital skills to advanced learning methods, such as problem-solving based on case studies and guided self-learning.

Each module is designed to be easy to use, with interactive resources such as quizzes, video tutorials and gamified tools. This approach aims to engage students in a practical and motivating learning pathway, enabling them to retrain and prepare for a constantly changing labour market.

In parallel, the Guide is a practical and inspirational tool for VET educators. It offers innovative methodologies and concrete suggestions for integrating non-formal digital learning into their daily practices. It includes experimental activities, group exercises, assessment tools and tips on how to overcome barriers to learning encountered by low-skilled learners. The Guide also serves as a replicable model, providing educators with a clear framework for improving their skills and optimising the effectiveness of their teaching strategies.

NDLO MOOC lies in its ability to interweave formal and non-formal learning, supporting a holistic approach that values practical experience and self-improvement.
